Our client, a multinational organisation specialising in Banking products is urgently seeking an Executive Assistant for their office in Dubai Free Zone. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Head for the Middle East Region.This is a Contract Staffing role under Manpower for an unlimited contract basis.The duties and responsibilities are as follows Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as phone coverage scheduling meetings completing travel arrangements maintaining management calendar taking and distributing meeting minutes screening calls, SMT calendar, Oracle Expense reports for corporate card, iExpense and PO Creation, invoices, ordering supplies and maintaining department records. Prepare correspondence memoranda reports presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package. Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget. Administers programs projects or processes specific to the operating unit served and maintains spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information. May research special topics as assigned. Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company. Develop and produce reports as assigned. May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries.
